The Wyoming State Territorial Prison
Saturday, May 7, 2011 (Snow Date Sunday, May 15, 2011)
3-Phase Levels Offered:
T/P (P dressage, SJ- jumps to 3’7”, XC- jumps to 3’3”, ~ 2300m @ 450mpm)
Training (T dressage, all jumps to 3’3”, XC ~ 2300m @ 450mpm)
Novice (N dressage, all jumps to 2’11”, XC ~1900m @ 400 mpm)
Beginner Novice (BN dressage, all jumps to 2’7”, XC ~1600m @ 350 mpm)
Beg Novice Easy (BN dressage, all jumps to 2’3”, XC ~1600m @ 300 mpm)
2-Phase (Dressage and Show Jump) Levels Offered:
Preliminary, Training, Novice, Beginner Novice, Beginner Novice Easy
NOTE: All dressage tests use 2010 eventing test A.
Fees: Windy Wyoming Members: 3-phase $80, 2-phase $50
Non Windy Wyoming Members: 3-phase $100, 2-phase $60
Awards: Ribbons to 6th place for each level.
Tentative Schedule: Fri- XC courses open at 3pm. Sat- 8am Dressage (beginning with P); 10am Show Jump (beginning with P); 10:30-11am XC (beginning with T/P). All 3-phase competitors should expect to go XC 30 to 60 min after SJ.
Misc:
* Heeled footwear, ASTM approved helmets, medical armbands, & protective vests are required.
*ALL COMPETITORS MUST SIGN A RELEASE FORM BEFORE MOUNTING.
*All courses are of average difficulty for horses with some experience at the level.
*All courses are on grass footing, with terrain questions and ditches.
*Uncovered pens available for $20. Offsite overnight covered stabling is available.
*Dogs are welcome, but must be leashed.
*The Territorial Prison is located at the corner of I-80 and Snowy Range Road in Laramie.
*TRAILERS USE NORTH GATE ONLY! ACCESS FROM McCUE ST.
*Use of snow date will be decided no later than 5pm, Thursday, May 5. Participants will be contacted by phone at this time. Information will also be posted on the WW website.
